Diversify the Stand is thrilled to announce our partnership with Dr. Meredith Q. Fuller on our next commissioning project: Resilient Roots!

Resilient Roots is a collection of 12 solo and piano compositions for beginning to intermediate tuba and euphonium.

The project commissions six living composers from diverse backgrounds to create a progressive series of solos, designed to support skill development at the very first stages of learning – gradually preparing students for more challenging levels of repertoire. Through accessible and engaging solos, students can develop foundational skills, build confidence, and grow their musicality.

Commissioned Composers: Kevin Day, Jose Flores, Charlie Drew Johnson, Gabriel L. Newvine, Jennifer Oliverio, and Jasmine Pigott!
